We carefully pack every order and typically ship with DHL. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times:
• Germany: approximately 3–5 business days
• EU & International: approximately 5–10 business days (customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for shipments outside the EU)
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, reshipment can only be arranged once the additional shipping costs have been covered.
