Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.
In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the first item of goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not citizens or residents of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union.
Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that suitable packaging is used to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
Please do not return the goods freight collect.
Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
